London 2012 Cultural Olympiad by the Sea – Maritime Mix
The programme of over 80 cultural events is set to be the largest cultural celebration in Dorset and The Jurassic Coast taking place from March till September 2012.
What can you expect?
You will find world class outdoor theatre, open-air mass choral performances, earth science and the arts, panoramic video projections, music, dance and street celebrations. Majority of them are free to attend!
What is special about it?
Some of the events have been recognised as a part of the UK-wide London 2012 Festival.
Also, London 2012 Cultural Olympiad by the Sea will celebrate the area’s status as the 2nd largest Olympic venue after the capital as the host to the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic sailing events.
